Armlock
Magna Eiru

(Intro)
Beowulf is a legend, he was born a Geat,
Who knew he'd be the best warrior, you would ever meet.
He grew into a good man, was loyal to his king,
Lived a great life, was the last Waegmunding.
He was a threat in water, was a threat on land,
Was good to his men and the soldiers in his band.
In each arm, he's got the strength of 30 men,
He'll get his target in the open, the water or in the den.

(Chorus)
Magna Eiru, comin' at you from Valhalla,
We can do Mead Halls, parties and galas,
We're shining our chain mail and cleaning our swords
Turn the amp up, watch us unleash our word hoards.
Our rhymes are true and they're deeper than the mere,
As I got you in an armlock I can feel your fear.
He'll come out on top, with his powers diminished,
He killed a dragon, 9 sea brutes but wait I ain't finished.

Everyone despised, Grendel the brute beast,
Haunted the hall for twelve winters at least.
But then Beowulf slid in, he was the killer.
Mano a Mano, it was a thriller.
No weapons no armor, cause Grendel reversed it,
Went for the neck but Beowulf reversed it.
Now he got the troll in an armlock, crying for his mommy,
"The goon tore his whole arm off, everyone saw me!"
In the mead hall, is where this match was at,
He'll get the job done, in the field or up at bat.
He killed himself, just to break the clinch,
And ran to the mere, like a little *record scratch*.

(Chorus)

Grendel's mother anxiously sought out for revenge,
So she visited the mead hall late at night to avenge.
She arrived at the hall and killed the first one that she touched raw,
She escaped to her cursed mere, but of course Beowulf saw.
He followed her into a hell-like den,
She dragged him down and he couldn't defend.
In the worst situation he took a giant sword and ended it oh dear,
Rising victorious from the bloody hell-cursed mere.

(Bridge)
For 50 years, he was king,
And he loved to hear the kingdom birds sing.
Then one day when the sun was bright,
He saw the dragon challenge him to a fight.
He knew that it wasn't an easy opponent,
That the dragon was real and potent.
Not withstanding his strength and height,
It was no match for it's venomous bite.
And with all his might he grabbed his dagger,
And with all his strength he stabbed the bragger.
The dragon fell, to his feet,
And all that was left was a pile of meat.
Beowulf too came crashing down,
And with all the pain, he didn't have a frown.

(Chorus)
